We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Items take up to 6 weeks to ship depending on my event schedule & if I have the item you want in stock except in the summer. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days.
We DO NOT accept orders nor do we ship outside the United States.
Due Date for ALL orders for Gulf Wars is February 1st.
Due Date for ALL orders for Lillies is April 30th.
Due Date for ALL orders for Pennsic is June 30th!!!! & any orders recieved during July will be held till the end of August after Pennsic. |

If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, please refer to the instructions on your packing slip or call us for details.
Defective items may be exchanged for the same item.
Returns are allowed within 30 days & are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
